Before the event begins you will receive portraits of you as the host along with any requested portraits of guests and speakers. This is a great opportunity to take a few great professional lifestyle images to use for your brand’s digital presence.
PRE-EVENT DECOR & SET-UP
Details are everything. This time will be dedicated to capturing every detail of the event from tablescapes, gift bags, food, interior and exterior space, and more, before the guests arrive. Candid photos of you and your team putting the details together will also be included. These photos will serve well for behind-the-scenes images for Instastories, blog re-caps, and Facebook albums.
TELL YOUR STORY
Before the photo session we will craft your vision; clarifying your goals, personal style, and dive deep into the heart of your work you’d like to be conveyed. We will discuss the how you’d like to use the images throughout your marketing materials. You may want a strong focus on creating a visual library for Instagram or perhaps you’d like a cohesive looks for an upcoming campaign used on all digital and print platforms. Before we even take the first photo we will have a strong, concrete idea of how to use the images for your business in the most effective way.
